Zukiru is run by a small team, so pick the inbox that fits and we will get to it. Some things are faster to do in the app than by email — those are below.
Reporting a post or an account
Do not email this one. Open the “···” menu on the post or the profile and choose Report. That sends us the post or account along with your reason, which an email cannot, and it reaches the people who act on it.
If someone is bothering you and you would rather not wait, blocking them from the same menu takes effect immediately: they disappear from your view and you from theirs.
Your account, password and devices
Most account problems are quicker to fix yourself in settings: change your email address or password, see which devices are signed in and revoke any of them, review who you have blocked, or delete your account. If you cannot sign in at all, start with the password reset, and if you never received a verification email, ask for a new code.
How long we take
We read everything that arrives, but we cannot promise a reply within a fixed time, and we do not guarantee a response to every message. Reports of abuse and security issues get looked at first.
